KEEP UP WITH ALL THAT'S GOING ON IN OUR YOUTH MINISTRY. THINK OF THESE LIKE NOTES ON YOUR FRIDGE.
Summer may be over but the fun doesn't have to be!
Here are some pictures from bits of our adventures together -- where are my pics from our day at Six Flags?! Well, it was great too! Hope to see you join us as we worship, learn, serve, laugh & make memories together!
If you have pictures you want to share please tag us online (social links in the footer) & if your student has an event you want to invite the Rock Youth family to (like a concert, game, meet or a play), let us know and we'll spread the word!
Come get in the groove (or rhythm, from our Sunday Series) with us this fall!

Parent & Youth Meeting on September 29th (Rock Youth Ministry calendar released with key dates through summer 2020!
If you would like to serve as a chaperone this summer in our youth ministry -- we would love to have you!
We have to update each adult's background check (authorize below) & complete the required training (sent via email after the check) so that we are actively seeking to protect both our volunteers & students.
Please select below the trips you would be willing to chaperone -- we will do our best to include everyone.
South Padre -- we stay in gender separate beach houses
Galveston -- we share a beach house with gender separate sleeping areas
Mission Trip -- we sleep on the floor (air mattress) without A/C (think box fans)
All background checks & trainings must be completed by June 15th to be considered. Thank you for your willingness to serve!
Summer is coming & registration is open for all our summer events! Please register as soon as possible as space is limited.

Chaperone Opportunities & Expectations will be posted soon (separately).
We are really excited about this study! It gives our high school students the chance to engage with some of our culture's most divisive issues from a scriptural perspective. Our goal is to wrap the truth in love, not to beat people over the head with it. We are posting the scheduled topics in case parent's choose for students to attend selectively. Students will be given workbooks & will watch short videos that will add to constructive conversation. Want even more info? Meredith Ridenour is leading a class for adults (especially parents) who are interested on Sunday's at 11am in A-126.
